Got out and did 3 miles on the track tonight.
I did some running and some walking. I really pushed myself on the runs - I tried to run as fast I could for the distance I was going to be doing. I did think I was going to throw up on more then one occasion.
The really amazing thing was that I averaged 13 minute miles. This is very fast for me. (it's very slow for most people) I'm pretty sure that is the fastest I've ever run 3 miles.
I'm going to continue working on this run/walk thing to see where this takes me.
Will I be Fit by Forty?
